2. Digital Products & License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any purchased digital product for your own personal or business purposes only, unless otherwise specified within the product itself.
Restrictions on Use. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, the Purchaser may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, share, lease, or sublicense any digital product, in whole or in part, to any third party
- Post, upload, or share any digital product (or files contained within it) publicly or within group platforms, communities, or marketplaces
- Claim authorship or ownership of any templates, guides, or content contained within a digital product
- Modify and resell any digital product as a derivative product
3. Intellectual Property & Image Copyright
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, and digital products, is the property of Alicia Nicole Photos and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws, unless otherwise noted.
Photographs and images included within any digital product are licensed solely for viewing as originally provided, and no rights to the images themselves are transferred with purchase. The Purchaser may not download, extract, screenshot, reproduce, repurpose, repost, or otherwise use these images for any purpose, including marketing, advertising, portfolio display, social media, print materials, or any other commercial or personal use, unless otherwise expressly permitted.
Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any license or right to use Site content beyond what is expressly stated for a specific product.
4. Template Use
Where applicable, editable templates included in a digital product may be customized by the Purchaser for use within their own business. Customization does not transfer ownership of the original template structure, design, or written framework.
5. No Guarantee of Results
All products and content on this Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Alicia Nicole Photos makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, income, or client bookings resulting from use of any product or content on this Site.
6. Digital Delivery & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
